How about addressing the fallacies, instead of making vague nebulous claims? I have listed the figures in support of my views, which is more than I can say about your response, which I could summarize as 'It's very equitable, because reasons'.
Give us those reasons, give us concrete examples. Not vague 'everyone else does it, it's standard practice'. When a stock price is under heavy pressure, it is not standard practice to take a nontrivial commission on the sale of assets. I'm happy with performance incentives, but not like this.
