TKF Shareholders should be getting actively involved in voting these board members out. Don't sit on your hands here, these directors have done nothing but suck money out of this company. Time for change and time to vote. They have again tried to push the numbers in their favour by converting notes into shares at a fraction of the price to favour their ability to have the weight of numbers. What they don't have is the average shareholders sentiment and I, as one of those average shareholders hope's that everyone that gets their opportunity to vote, moves them on by the weight of numbers.
