    Timing a consolidation is key. You don't just do it without a plan.
    Meeting is mid Aug so I think, reading between the lines, all the final project/DFS stuff is coming together this quarter and they have appointed advisers to arrange the debt package together. They are getting their house in order for the development decision and financing. Positive, news IMO..
