I believe that the directors knew the storm they would create before asking -anything else does not make sense....The directors were paid to raise the money and put it in the vault in the first place
They choose the companies money rather than sell or going to a bank - whilst intending to hold every last share they are getting and happy to use the companies runway reserves that they have been working on for five years...
Only one conclusion - we getting bought out soon
I believe that the directors knew the storm they would create...
