I think this stinks. I they had confidence in CYP being bought out or thought the share price was going to appreciate with a significant volume increase, they would have gone cap in hand to the local bank. It would have added 2 million to the bottom line of the company and further strengthen the negotiating position. This i feel is a low confidence move.
