Let's assume that the loan will eventuate. What conditions do we think need to be in place for us to be happy?
I for one think they should:
a) be paying a higher interest rate than otherwise achievable through a bank, and
b) this loan must be able to be called in, in the event capital is required by the company.
If they implement those two conditions I'd be ok with it (not happy, but ok)
