Makes you wonder what commercial reality they are working in. I've been thinking for weeks the sooner they get some serious skin in the game the better. Then they can get rid of those white lab coats and swap them for business jackets. But now they want their cake and eat it too.
I’ve drawn down on the equity in a number of assets to hold a reasonable position in Cynata and these guys are going to do it with a company loan on terms that none of us could get in the real world.
If these clowns were serious, all equity raising would have been done via renounceable rights issues. But no they have found another way to dilute us.
I’ll be voting NO.
