There’s no doubt the directors feel they deserve these options for all there work, hence they WILL DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO GET THEM
How would one best get there hands on capital to secure there options ?
Out of every senerio this is the best !
# no one selling shares to raise money
# we are getting more money in the coffers as per interest earnt
# shares are going to directors not institutions
# another 200k into the kitty
# to get a loan and pay it out early cause we get bought out is rediculous
# would u not do the same!
Who cares how they convert there options it’s not costing me, they ain’t going to Tom dick or harry an it’s not creating volatility
