First reaction is that 5.2% is better than what tthe Co could get in the bank but I would like to see one caviat.....
....that the loan is called in prior to any future capital raisings.
The purpose of the board setting these options without a cashless exercise facility was presumably to give the company some capital along the way. So I would like this provision in (if it’s not in already).
