Cynata is not a registered bank, its a small biotech company.
If they want to fund their options, go to a BANK.
Regardless of their contribution, this still reaks of snouts in the trough and I really hate it when its evident that they are spending their time on working out how to back up the truck via other means than just getting the deals needed FOR ALL SHAREHOLDERS to succeed, not just a few.
If they want to set up a bank, perhaps that should have been a motion on the general meeting agenda instead.
BTW, I wouldnt mind a $900K loan on $100K as well, can I get in on the deal?
