Having said that, if it's down to food safety standards and nutrition, then how are the points in your original post regarding the commercial nature of the business factored in? Of the items you listed, being "Shell company, vended into businesses, massive related party transactions, opaque disclosure, no FMCG/dairy experience, bleeding cash", the only one that would suit under this is no dairy experience. But assuming they comply with the food safety and nutritional requirements then I don't see that being a factor.
