Taking into account what you've said below, there should be no need for a Cap Raise.
Relying on holders that sit on a loss to front up your business is morally wrong.
I'm at an opinion as I need to look deeper that there have been deceptive practices with not only a lack of disclosure but inducing investment on incorrect information. As I had said earlier, Directors are possibly walking down the path of a class action.
