I've probably missed it, but is this the first info regarding the request to raise an additional $30m to fund phase 2?

I suspect this is on the basis that financing can't be concluded, but at the cost of potentially a heck of a lot of dilution given the value requested. Would be good to know some more details as to timelines for financing as the lapsing of one gives rise to this being the most likely approach to the next stage.

Also not sure if this is being used as a wedge to financiers to highlight that we'll just use equity markets. Thoughts?
