Yes to all of the above. The trade-off between debt and equity is always there. It can be done via quasi equity like convertible notes too.
I think the request for potentially $30m can be viewed positively. Viz. Iggy is not for stopping especially since he put out those bullish numbers on 5N HPA prices. There's a window and we intend to meet it.
Come to think of it he was probably softening us up with that announcement for this one.
As far as I'm concerned he's done a good job in finessing financing over the past year. if eh want's some rope to get the thing done then so be it. Don't forget he's got Wunderkind like Trump out there potentially screwing the pooch. (As evidenced by the blip up in US bond yields late last week).
