After carefully reading the notices ,my views.
1 ) If the Board have had long standing discussions with Vimsons ,why an agreement just now at a give away price for a strategic stake.
2 ) The Company says it regularly engages with shareholders . This would be laughable it it was not so serious. If they were upfront and transparent 90% of criticisms would not arise. And this does not mean having to release sensitive information.
3) With such major companies invoLved with TNG , I find it unbelievable that they cannot find a suitable independent Chairman . I accept R.T's statement that he did not seek the Chair and would happily stand aside. Is his skill set so high that candidates are few and far between. With TNG's potential, I think not.
4) I recognise his time with the Company, relationships forged etc, and have no problem him remaining a Director.
5) I reiterate my support for the Browns in wanting an extremely competent independent Chair from outside the Company asap.
