If Rex goes PB and crew do not have to appoint a new Chair
If a new Chair is appointed he will be one of the boys - independent? sure
If there is another lousy share issue with a new Chair, are you going for another 249 to boot out the new chair?
PB will get a message, so what - he is a power to himself and the rest of the BOD
As they always say, if you don't like it, just sell up and go
