Can you please point me to the section of the Corporations Act that says you can't vote out an MD?
It's standard that an MD won't be rotated at AGM's, but anyone can be voted out at anytime.
He is not a power to himself and the BOD. MD's, CEO's, Chairpersons, they get rolled all the time.
