"Bad to worse"? Not so fast. First, they are not asking for the money from the note tomorrow...and just because they are asking for a vote in 1 month's time...only gives OGX an option to exercise the credit note after seeking shareholder approval, IF they so desire. It definitely does not mean "God could it get any worse".
As for "Down she goes"...contain your excitement. There are results from a certified testing facility that have yet to be declared. I think a fair criticism of the management would be that, that they are too eager to send out any data...without really telling us how they will fix the low recovery rates. I read the delay in announcing anything as a sign that perhaps management has finally decided to come out with a real plan on how to get a higher recovery rate, and not just throw raw data at us.
