Quite simply - and this was mentioned in the AGM by the MD abnd other speaking to afterwards:- just being a security outsourcer is not the best value proposition. Customers want one throat to choke.. hence not having once outsourcer for secuirty, another for cloud services, another for network etc...
- The business are very complimentary and do not overlap
Being in this industry for over 20 years what has been stated below makes perfect sense
