I'd really want to take a very hard look at Asta's books and see what the trend is. With a number of similar companies going into administration recently and also given the timing as well as the terms of this acquisition, I'd be quite suspicious
As t1obrien mentioned earlier, Angelidis is a smart operator and he wouldn't give up control of his profitable business unless there was a really good reason for it long term...
