I have an issue with it. If you go back and check our "beloved" chairman has given himself plenty of free shares while not reining in our illustrious CEO Mr Gross and also approving a 20% increase in directors fee's to boot. I think I will do a deep dive into the last few resolutions from years past.
Bloody lifestyle company who don't respond to shareholders emails. Too scared I imagine
I will be voting against all of the freebies...but not against the convertible note as its the only thing keeping the lights on.
