BoD are more interested in the performance of the actual business, not the share price (which they can't control). On that basis, gross margins increased, new sites & new clients in new industries were delivered. high level of renewal of existing clients. Managed integration of VOD. Signed new sources of content and delivered new products - Lumiair. And produced 167% in EBITDA.
I think that suggests we have a very good and focussed management team. And will complete a takeover of Medical Media that took 7 months and issued script at a premium.
