''The Board considers that the consolidation of its share capital is important and necessary as it continuesto progress towards productisation of its technology. The Company has a large number of shares onissue due to historical equity-based capital raisings that have provided the working capital to continuewith the Company’s technology development. The Company believes the consolidation will provide thebest platform for continued growth, and a capital structure that is more in line with the Company’s sizeand maturity. In addition, the Company has received advice that a higher share price level is moreattractive to institutional investors."
