Why is going from 3c to 9c any different from 75c to $2.25 after a 25-1 split... The market value of the company is EXACTLY the same and both represent a 300% increase. The only potential issue is that a 25-1 stock consolidation isn't likely to preserve SH value in the short term... that is if we close at 3c, more likely than not, it will not open up at 75c but just under...The reverse stock split also opens up dual listing opportunities in NY and the spot for a major institutional investor to join the registry. Just my 2c.
