yes I’ve been looking at flights for a different 11am AGM in Perth which is much easier time slot.
for the 10am in Perth from Sydney Qantus 06.20am dep Sydney arr 9.25am return Qantus 14.30 arr 20.30. or 4.30pm arr 10.30pm
thats tight but with a booked Uber or taxi that would be doable as Perth Airport is about 20min from the city and every Qantas from East gets in on time or early.(imo) Jet star & Tiger are shockers and Virgin is in Terminal 2 - a bit further away.
Melbourne might be slightly shorter flight time but last time I went Perth to Mel, it was horrendous getting into the CBD from the airport IF it was changed I much rather Sydney as Airport to CBD is much better. but the time in both cases would have to be in the early arvo eg 1pm anything much earlier means leaving Perth at midnight
FYI Qantas is my fav but the website site iwantthatflight.com.au gives a good selection but you must adjust the selection for stops and Departures Times.
