    Resolution 2 and Resolution 8 are bad news for shareholders.

    2 means they want the ability to cap raise again. History says they will.

    8 means they want to increase their bonuses beacause they have diluted th SP so much - utter BS!

    I will be voting NO to 2 & 8.
