Just to give everyone an update.

I've given the company a day & a half to get back to me regarding my formal request for the General Meeting to be adjourned to a later date, when they hadn't done so by 14:00 AEST, I was left with no choice but to refer the matter to the appropriate body for them to have time to look into it.

I have requested that should the GM go ahead full minutes of the meeting are taken and that they also contain an opinion from the company's legal advisors as to why the meeting should proceed given the circumstance's that were highlighted in the email.

I've offered to withdraw my request for an adjournment of the meeting, if the directors agree to the 2 conditions in Post #: 38910376
