bahahahahaha BHD's own independent expert said the offer our current directors recommended was unfair, so clearly by their own logic the current directors are not serious about acting in the best interests of the company.
Btw, I wouldn't be voting for Ramcap but I would be voting for the alternative board made up of current shareholders.
