I believe Vince would be peeved if this was taken over in the next 6 months. That’s why he has asked for this Clause. If phase 2 are extremely positive, plus with all the recent findings, the potential of this company is far greater than a say, one billion t/o by years end. He wants to see this through as his options will be worth so much more than $1+. I invested in this company before the bot take over and have been rapt with the progression of management and developments. I’ll be seeing it through for sure.
