You can't de-risk against torrential floods or droughts, indeed, but if AAC couldn't make a profit when beef prices were at astronomical all time highs, when will they?
Not trying to talk the stock down, as I hold it and have held it for years. I might even add more at these prices. Just sick of the management and suspicious of the intentions of the single shareholder who owns close to half of the company
