The board know they are gone. End of the road, especially for Louis. Good riddance IMO, the arrogance and ignorance has gone on for far too long. They have sat there for years now while the company crashed around them and did absolutely nothing! Not one announcement stating they are trying something else or any sign they know how to fix the situation. All the time taking money from everyday investors and filling their own pockets.
