Si6 appears to be in a complete mess. Raising capital after nearly a year of in- activity may not have fulfilled legislative requirements for capital requirements i.e. minimum number of shares to be allocated to minimum number of shareholders in a CR.
After all those expenses, not meeting the requirements would be burden to existing funds. Also, maintenance of tenements in Botswana is costing money. Indeed, not a good management. who knows what happens to Si6 when finally runs out of funds?
