PO deserves to be rewarded if he gets these 'massive' deals over the line? No, he's been promising (and the market price, for a while, reflected that) for YEARS now. He's been paid $300k per year while DEVALUING the company through missed deadlines and dilution of equity through share issues for years. If he finally delivers the deals he's been promising, then he perhaps gets to keep his job. That's it. Until the company actually starts making a sustainable PROFIT and recovers the share price to what it was a couple of years ago, PO deserves NOTHING in the way of bonuses. His salary was already generous enough considering what us shareholders have been losing year after year.
