I understand it as a positive for holders DD. The Spark deal has already been announced as $1.1m and to date has netted $454K. Unless they announce that the deal has been bumped up to $1.5m and they receive an additional $500k in August I don't see how this can relate to Spark. Voting closes before the end of this clause, but this doesn't impact holders. The way I see it, all can vote in favor knowing that if he fails to deliver $1.5m deal with receipts for $1m before the end of August, he does not qualify for the options, regardless of votes being in favor.
