That may well be the case, many products have been deconstructed and sold individually or base products with add ons. Think airline fares and meal/seat selection/priority boarding etc, pay TV/streaming, cars, banking, even phone hardware. The concept isn't new and it might happen to phone plans more broadly from vendors pushing various bolt ons. But I do feel that Norwood could do a lot better with already popular products and I question their sales strategy and understanding in the telco space. Not because I know what they are doing, or not doing or even what they should be doing, but because they are not achieving results.
