So, to clarify.. a couple of you are saying it's negative that the CEO doesn't buy up shares on market.
1. I'm sure it wouldn't even be legal, ahead of large deal/partnership. Let alone the outrage and conspiracy theories that I'm sure would be all over the thread.
2. The fact he has taken salary advance and loans.. You still think he should somehow have other $ available to buy up on market! Wow, imagine the outrage if he took salary and loans to buy up at the low, ahead of huge news.
3. Every raise he is criticised by you same posters for not taking up allocation - again, how could he afford to on salary advance and loans? You would lose it on the Nor thread if he somehow came up with $ for allocations!
4. You refused to answer every time I asked.. If it's negative him not buying shares, and obviously negative if he required salary advance and loans, and somehow had $ to buy up... How many shares would he have to buy, to be a positive?
5. If he did buy up shares ahead of news, there would be endless criticism and complaining (what's new on the Nor thread), calling dodgy buying, inside knowledge, profiting ahead of holders on news, and so on..
So much contradiction here, but it's just the same negative topics cycling 1 after the other every quarter.
What is unbelievably ironic.. Those complaining about the CEO not buying, suggesting he should be buying on market ahead of expected news (which in my opinion would definitely not be allowed), as well as reporting and posting about reporting and raises....... are holders of a company currently suspended for months for - in my opinion (and asx Ann's) - exactly all of these issues. Currently being investigated for all sorts of integrity breaches and trading standards, as well as reporting issues and raises!
I'm glad the company I'm invested in (Nor) is obviously satisfying asx and asic, even with all the reports from investors of other companies who are being royally investigated and found out.
Again..DD, please tell me any figure between 0 and 100,000,000 shares you would be happy to see the CEO purchase on market, with deals expected within the quarter, after taking salary advance and loans, that you would not post negatively about.
Or, is there no amount that would satisfy you, as it can only be negative posting?
