I think depending on the cash upfront and terms of the deal would play a big part.

i think 1c-1.5c initially. i don't think it would Disallowed from here on the 1st initial announcement. the reason i feel that would be market confidence, nor for me are 2-3 quality, cash driven announcements away from a confidence restore.

if the deal is based on a 'trial' or 'partnership' i don't feel there would be a great impact regardless if its oracle - reason for this - we have seen multiple partnerships and pilots roll out and none have come to fruition. so I feel the market will only react overwhelmingly to cold hard cash!
