While I am all for compromise I think giving just an inch is impossible when it comes to Ramcap.

Troy needs to get its act together. Any distraction is harmful. Next step is the test pit which is very significant because there should be several thousand ounces right at surface giving valuable cash. If that spot is also the right spot for a starter pit... might as well be the northern part of OC (although after having a very small test pit it might be that little bit easier to go down to 40-50m and being right besides the Tallman pit could mean this area can be easily kept free from water during wet season).

LOM will be taken care of, no doubt about that.
