Wow. What an insane amount of dilution.

They are raising yet another round of capital as recently announced and also converting a serious amount of debt to equity.

This is killing existing holders of script.

The market cap will go from $7m to almost 3 times that so upon completion I estimate the share price should accurately reflect the current value at around 2-2.5 c

This still has some way to fall.

Management have been telling me for some time that they are close to break even but I just don’t see it before they run out of cash, for what..... the fifth time in its short life.
