    The need for cash and good cash flow is essential in running a real estate agency, of any size, and any model.

    Just look at the media surrounding Peard at the moment in Western Australia. A buy out / buy in from a US Nasdaq listed group to support them.

    It's happening on the smaller agency side too, with principals doing what they can to secure additional financing for operations. Sadly, this last week I have seen two agencies being placed in administration / receivership.
