I have no issue with performance shares - the more they are worth for the directors, the better the SP for any investor, it's a win-win IMO.

To complain that the performance shares are worth more as the SP increases, is to complain that your own shares are worth more - to me that's nonsensical.

I'll be waiting for the FY report before passing any further judgement on mgmt, to me they are kicking goals in what is a market filled with trepidation and global unease.

I think its a positive that they want more shares (as opposed to increasing their salaries), they want in on the appreciation of SP and who could blame them.

If you have a real issue with this, exercise your democratic right and vote No or sell your shares - if you read past the minor dilution and look at the terms of the issue it could even be viewed as a positive sign.
