Do you read???? Never once said that I sent a mate to check out the plant........Office yes but plant no. We called the companies in the area and spoke to them but anyway and it was never stated that it was not operational but that the people in the area who work there noticed very little activity for the size of the structure. Geee please read and do not put words out there that are not true. I am very clear on all my posts and elaborate when asked. I also took some posts down due to due diligence and to remove any ambiguity that it may have caused which I have been open about.

Obviously you like to give away and dilute shares to management that have no real sustained runs on the board. That aint how I do business mate! I reward after sustained success year on year and definitely would not give away greater ownership of a company. I would reward on a EBITDA % basis after at least 3 to 5 years of the new direction and strategy of the company and not in the 2nd year in the middle of trying to build a sustained business model. Revenue means cr@p if you cant put it in the bank, EBITDA is King.

Also who sets rewards after results have been made? What type of leader would set a target after it had been achieved?
