WTF is this. revenue? Why not set it at a net profit level (not saying it should be 80mil net profit) but it needs to be net profit not revenue. Especially since they're pretty close to it as it is. The role of the Director is to enhance shareholder value. This dilutes our value and gives them all the advantage. Further, tranche 1 for Wilton is basically a throw away. Rewarding for things that are are already happening! Simple installation of the production line, seriously....how is that performance measure! It's binary, you either do it or you don't which we all know will happen since its a primary product so why are they being rewarded.
ABSOLUTE TRASH DECISION!. Not happy rewarding the Directors for throw away KPI's!!!!!
