99% likely I will be attending in person. I will be voting down resolution 4, 5 and 6. I am simply sick of seeing everything being based on revenue... PROFIT or EBITDA musr be considered... so rather than just saying 80mil in revenue, would have preferred to see 80mil in revenue and xx in EBITDA. Sick of seeing companies acquire other companies and then raise capital at a discount at which shareholders get burnt but as management get issued performance shares, they simply get better.
Enough is enough.
