What makes you think the 80m hasnt been reached ?cash receipts were 67million or so if i recall correctly, this does not include all revenue as there would still be debtors that havent paid.
The targets in my opinion are too easy, Wilton is on a decent wage as it is and i would much rather prefer to increase his wage than dilute the shareholder registry further. Seems like a big cash grab to be honest. Also could they sell these shares straight away? i would prefer the shares remain in escrow till least 12 months after they are granted so the directors actually keep working on the company and not sell on market straight away
