I dont believe these performance shares are warranted just yet and its quite insensitive to current shareholders who are mostly in the red (doubt anyone would be up). Then again management never did care about their shareholders yet they are more than happy to ask for more money. Considering directors own a substantial amount of the share registry i do believe it will pass but they wont get my vote.
