or they could just as easily sell the shares on market for an easy cash grab. We cant know their intentions for sure, also the amount of shares they already have should be incentive enough.
At the end of the day theyre doing their jobs, it is their job to manage the company and grow the company. This bonus performance share is uncalled for, i just fear that we will become the next WHA if they keep this up and just take shareholders for a ride and focus on lining their own pockets.
