Yes the share price hasnt appreciated at all, i think its a bit too early for directors to be asking for handouts despite the company progress. Wait for shareholders to make some money and then ask for handouts would be a bit more appropriate. I do think management have done a good job and should be rewarded for it but maybe now is not the time.
The 80m in revenue has already happened i would say hence these performance shares would be issued pretty soon.
And agreed they do need to be more in touch with shareholders lack of email replies etc doesnt bode well.
