While you have to take things posted on here with a grain of salt, I heard this direct from industry contacts and it looks to be confirmed by the recent announcement with revenue up but profit down which points to an imbalance in charge out rates. A lot of smaller surveying jobs tend to be fixed price quoting so profit depends on how accurate the quire was at the start.
