Q: Why is Max still on the BOD when Minjar have given up their shares. A: My oppinion is Max is the man who identified the Triton story when it was in VA. He is still needed for some times. He has extensive connections in Shandong province.
Q: Why put someone in as a Financial Officer if there’s no money coming in. A: My understanding is this is just doing a favour to help someone's kid to get an Australian financial related job if considering how many Chinese students on this continent.
